October Fun!

After our trip to the beach, it was back home to the real world. And what a great "world" our little family has! We really are blessed to have such great family and friends that we get to have fun with :) First off, celebrating Bud's birthday! We had a wonderful dinner at Jim's Place East right before they moved locations. The girls enjoyed going to a "grown up" restaurant and did really well! Happy Birthday to my Daddy!!

Next up: a day at Arts in the Park, just me and my little k. We had so much fun hanging out together doing some really neat stuff. Adjusting to Kinley being gone to school everyday has been a little hard on Kallen, she really enjoyed a special day with Mommy :)

Homecoming!!
Who knew kindergarten teams celebrated homecoming?? Not me! But we sure had a great time cheering the AYS Bulldogs on to another win!

That evening was a special Homecoming celebration. Here's Kinley with her buddies Ava, Anna, and Avery. So pretty :) She was not thrilled about having to stand with a "boy" for her homecoming escort picture! In fact, my camera died and did not capture her frozen look, but she did good! She looped arms with him and halfway smiled like she was supposed to, ha!

We took a field trip to the zoo with her kindergarten class. Such fun!
Kyleigh, Kinley, and Ali

Ali has a twin brother who didn't care to be in the photos :), but made quite an impression on Kallen! She has been talking about him ever since.... trouble!

Mrs. House and her class
(have I mentioned how much we ADORE Kinley's teacher??? so blessed to have her!)

Moving on along...(I told you we've been busy!) it's finally Tiger Basketball time!!!!
We made the trek downtown and stood in the crazy lines for Midnight Madness (that really is at 6:30??)

The girls and Lucy (right before Kinley suffered a major scrape to her back sliding off that brick thing :( ) She managed to survive, though, and even cheered up after a while!

The family :) GO TIGERS!!!!

the cutest little Tiger fans ever!!

I don't know how we missed Jackson and Isabella in the pictures, but imagine them there :)

What a great start to fall!!
