The last week of April was a wild one around here. To start, we have had crazy weather including several almost-tornadoes. It has been the most tornadic (is that a word?) season on record and we have been very fortunate to not have any damage here.
On Monday, we had a huge storm complete with hail
So the kids all got to sleep downstairs. Jeff slept on the couch. I slept on a sliver of mattress next to Graham. All in the name of safety :)
Tuesday, Kinley got to take her Star of the Week poster!
(She was supposed to be the star the week that Graham was born and has had to wait allll the way until now. Believe me, I have heard about it ever since :))
Don't know if you can see it, but the card at the top on the right says "My favorite thing to do: Play with Kallen". Love it.
On Friday, Kinley got to be the "chef" and made a special snack for her classmates.
They were learning about dinosaurs this week, so they had dino gummies and crackers with cheese spray. They spread out the cheese and then used celery leaves and the gummies to make imprints (fossils). Cute!
After helping with snacktime, we headed over to the Big Backyard for some special playtime with Kallen

On Saturday, Kinley had her first t-ball game

After t-ball, we went to Arlington in April for Kallen's dance performance.

That night, we had our Sunday school class over... you know... because we didn't have anything else going on :) It was a whirlwind week!
