While we are isolated here in our little cast-filled bubble, time marches on! With any luck, it will march right on to the end of March so we can get back to semi-normal!

Our new normal: hanging out on the couch. All day.
Graham doesn't mind, though! He thinks it's the coolest thing ever. When we bought our sectional, we didn't know just how handy it would be. Now, we push the big ottoman up against the couch and it's like a giant bed/couch. He loves rolling and crawling all over it :)

Valentine's Day we went to see our favorite ortho doc for a checkup. Dr. B said Kallen was doing great, X-rays were great, and we are scheduled to come back in 3 weeks.
The next day, we decided to go to Kallen's school for the Valentine's Day party. She has really been missing her friends! They were all so excited to see her and sign her cast ;). Getting out really did wonders for her spirit, too.
Back at home, Graham is into EVERYTHING. He can spot an open door or cabinet faster than you can run and shut it. Below, he is very proud to have scored a pecan swirl before getting caught. Trying to get Kallen on the bedside potty while keeping him out of it has been quite a challenge. Why do little boys love toilets?? Anyhoo, we have resorted to setting up a pack n play to contain him during potty time and while carrying Kallen to or from the car. After the initial disappointment of not getting to splash in toilet water or crawl out into the street, he kinda warms up to the confinement and plays a bit!
Graham and his buddy, Caleb have a playdate!
Dillon and Caleb came over to visit. It made Kallen's day! Dillon brought some of his favorite board games over, and then they played with a half-deflated balloon. It's the little things :)
Next up: more playing on the couch... ;)
