Somehow we have managed to live here for...ever... without knowing about the coolest Christmas activity around town. Until now! There is a local church who hosts "The Alpine Village" for a few nights each December. It is a free event, complete with vintage store fronts, snow flurries, crafts, a puppet show, and snacks! The girls even got to see Santa!

Kinley actually spoke to Santa this year! She wouldn't sit in his lap, but hey, that's okay by me! Can't you see the nervous excitement in her face!? She managed to tell him she wanted a Hello Kitty bike, a music box, and Tic Tacs :)
