As I was leaving Kinley's classroom after Field Day, I saw this on the wall. What a cute idea! Love!
Graham brought home his "yearbook" from MDO, so precious! He loved looking at all the pictures of his friends :)
Poor kiddo, got knocked in the head by a corn-hole board. It was propped against the garage wall, and fell over on him when he ran his bike into it. Shockingly, he didn't cry too long. Long enough for my inner ER nurse to be relieved he was crying, though! Ouch!
We found a birds' nest in our tree. The girls wanted me to get it down, but we were afraid there might be babies inside! I climbed a ladder and held my phone in the air taking hapless photos until I finally got one that showed an empty nest. I'm sure the neighbors think we are nuts :) We got the nest down and the girls really loved checking it out. God's creatures are so amazing to me...
George and Nancy invited us to Kirby Pines for their Mother's Day celebration. It was so much fun! The kids had a blast, and we did, too!

The girls loved the ponies. Graham...not so much. But, he did at least sit on one!

Graham finally started to liven up once he started feeding the animals.

Then, the girls competed in an egg race and placed 2nd and 3rd!

We ate a delicious lunch on the grounds and slid on the slide a bit more!
We even got to meet JabberBlabber!
To end the day, we visited the face painting tent.
This was no ordinary face painting (acrylic paints and q-tips). No, the lady painting was using real makeup artist paint and brushes and did amazing work.
