Day 6, we had breakfast reservations at 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian. It was a character breakfast with Pooh, Tigger, Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, and the Mad Hatter. So yummy! It was really special to see how the girls just lit up when the characters came by. Kallen was especially excited to meet Tigger!
Then we took a cab back to Animal Kingdom. We were pretty tired the first time we went, and there were some things we didn't get to see and some we wanted to see again!
We did Rafiki's Planet Watch and the petting zoo
We met Chip and Dale!
Jeff went to get fast passes for a ride I think, and we saw this face painting booth. The girls really wanted to do it, and I said, "Sure!!"
They sat so still...
And looked so beautiful!
They liked surprising their Daddy when he came back!
The Tree of Life
Kallen wanted to ride the Kali River Rapids again, once with Daddy and once with Me. Jeff got some great shots of us!
We had lunch at Yak and Yeti and took another safari ride. We went back to Triceratop Spin and then went to Chester and Hester's Dino-Rama. It was like a carnival mid-way. The girls loved playing the games and winning prizes. Kallen even got her make-up redone after it washed off in the rapids :).
A lady was making these animals out of leaves on the walkway. We were the first in line, but one quickly formed behind us. Kallen got a fish and Kinley got a bird. So unique and beautiful!
After seeing all we wanted to see at Animal Kingdom, we went back to the resort for an afternoon of swimming. We ate dinner at the Riverside Mill at our resort and then Jeff and the girls went to see a movie out on the lawn outside our room while I started packing :(. Before leaving the room, the girls wanted to put on a show for us. They announced before it started, "No electronics, eating, drinking, or flash photography allowed!" hahaha.
